My Neighbors

So, recently I got some new neighbors. Their names are Robby and Christina and they just moved into a building that I hang around outside of. Anyway to get to the point, I decided that it was high time that I get to know them a little better. I did meet them briefly the other week when they were moving in, but I'm afraid that I didn't make such a great first impression. See what happened was they had left the door open and I peeked in quick and noticed how delicious the walls looked... I figured that they wouldn't notice just one little bite. Anyway, I'm here with them now.

Shifty Goat: So how do you both like the new place?

Christina: Oh, it's really great, you know we love the neighborhood. The natural scenery is beautiful as well...

Shifty Goat: Oh yes very tasty, go on...

Robby: Yeah sure... so like Christina was saying we do really like it a lot, except we were wondering... have you been, wow this is awkward, have you been using our front step as your toilet? It is really pretty gross. And why do you always stare into our house? That is just creepy.

Christina: Yeah could you stop that maybe?

Shifty Goat: Oh you should have said something... I really didn't know that I was crossing any boundaries. Say no more, it won't happen again. No, I was just checking out the decorating scheme and as far as the other thing... well that was an accident

Christina: An accident? It's like an everyday occurrence!

Shifty Goat: Sorry, sorry, like I said it won't happen again. Now, I see a banjo over there in the corner; do either of you play at all?

Robby: Well yes indeed that would be mine in fact. I play in a bluegrass band, Robby Memphis and the Mid Mountain Miners. In fact we have a brand new album coming out just in time for the holidays A Very Mountain Hanukkah.

Shifty Goat: Oh really a bluegrass Hanukkah album... okay, very original, good luck with that. Anyway I need to get back to wandering around in brush and collecting burs in my beard so I guess I'll let you humans get back to whatever you humans do. It was a pleasure meeting you both, finally.

Christina: And likewise you as well. Hey do you need someone to pull those things out of your fur before you go or what? It is kind of bugging me, I really think that you should let me try.

Shifty Goat: Actually, that is kind of a point of pride for us goats. The more stuff that a goat has stuck in their coat the better as far as we are concerned. So no thanks, I appreciate the offer though.

So that was my visit with my new neighbors Christina and Robby, make sure to check out the new album by Memphis Robby and the Mid Mountain Miners in stores now! Until next time BAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
